Description
The Freeze Control System for use with our Pond Aeration Windmill Systems prevent airlines from freezing in winter months ensuring air flow and holes in the pond ice.
How does "airline" freeze? Airline will always be prone to condensation from differential temperatures and humidity within the airline. During winter months this condensation will freeze. Depending on the volume of moisture within the airline this can cause the airline to become obstructed with ice. Although the Pond Aeration Windmill System will incur no damage from this situation, the pond can freeze solid preventing vital gas exchange, oxygen supply to pond fish, and open water for other wildlife.
