Will baby Goldfish survive winter?
Question:
Our goldfish recently had a baby. We normally bring our fish inside during the winter months but have decided to keep them outside this year with surface heaters. Will the new addition be ok through the cold months or are there precautions we need to take.
Answer:
Your Baby Goldfish will probably make it through the winter if some pre-cautions are taken: Adequate protection from predators, sufficient oxygen and good fat reserves in their body to sustain them until they eat again.
