Fall/Winter algae maintenance

It just started to get cold here and I have started with string and bubble algae. How can I control this for the fall/winter? My pond is about 1000 gallons with a waterfall and biofall filter
Answer:
It is challenging to maintain the pond in areas where the weather gets cold, but there are products that work even in low temperatures. “Pond Balance” will disolve the existing problem and “Barley Pellets” or “Barley Juice” will help prevent it from growing back.
