Pond installation and repair

Question:

Help! We recently bought a house with a pond in the back. It is losing water, about one inch per day, and I don’t know the first thing about fixing it. I am concerned with the winter coming up since we will be turning off all the outside water and have no way to refill it. Are there any companies out there that do house calls? I feel like in addition to the leak, some of the equipment may need to be updated as well. Thanks for your time!
