Tower hinges allow for 2 of the pond aerating windills corners to be fixed and the other two can move making the windmill easy and safe to service. Although Pond Aerating Windmill Systems rarely need service or repair, service and repair should be safe and easy. Do yourself a favor and install the hinges.
These hinges easily attach to the Ground Stake Rods.
